A UNIQUE APPROACH TO LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE

PAJ is a multimodal learning journey that allows participants to learn and grow through in-person discussions with senior business executives, case studies, business simulations and real-world projects working directly with participating companies. 

The curriculum is designed to develop leadership skills through four phases:

2. Strategy & Systems Leadership

3. Execution & Alignment


4. Playing for the Long Term


THE CONSTRUCT:

  • 8-month journey


  • Three-day in-person sessions with robust prework


  • 6 one-hour Zoom sessions


  • 2 real-time business simulations. One hour of executive coaching for each participant

  • 20+ faculty, authors and practitioners 

  • 50 participants per cohort (~6 selected companies)

  • Director/VP level – the “succession bench”

  • Mix of roles, functions, & industries … by design

  • $12,000 tuition includes instruction, materials, books, MasterClass subscription, and case work. Hotel and
    travel not included.
